Gloucester City Youth Soccer is a volunteer-based organization. These volunteers are the core of our club. The success of all our programs is greatly dependent on the continued support from our community.

Each season the club seeks volunteers to help as coaches, assistant coaches, team managers, and a myriad of other positions. The club strongly supports the development of our volunteer coaches through in-house clinics, literature, and mentoring. 

Throughout the season, there are a number of behind-the-scenes activities that need to occur in order for each weekend competition to be successful. Many of these activities require very little time but are crucial to the success of GCYSL.

GCYSL has also begun long term planning to ensure we have enough game fields, practice fields, equipment and coaching knowledge to meet the ever-growing needs of our community. Accomplishing this will require many hours of planning and execution and every minute contributed helps.
